Trip to Kansas City

Norm and I took a trip back down memory lane, to Kansas City, where we met and where both kids were born. It was the first time we had been back for about 22 years. My, how time flies, but the memories never fade!!

During our trip we were able to visit the church where we were married!! It was so special seeing this beautiful place where so many memories started!

They are absolutely incredible!! And you can definitely tell who is the girl and who is the boy!! Aunt Heather was SO excited to be able to come and help you guys!! She had a blast!! Will keep checking your blog to keep up with news about the beautiful Day Babies!!!

Dad's Birthday

This past weekend we celebrated Norm’s 58th birthday. The whole family was here and we had a blast!! Norm was so excited to get a new bicycle and all the paraphernalia that went with it. He says he rides his bike for exercise and his Harley for his soul. Now I don’t know which he likes the most!! Needless to say, with all our kids here, we had a fantastic time!! Easter Baskets for the kids (yes, you’re reading right!), followed by dinner, cake, presents and lots of games. We love you, Norm! You’re the best husband and father in the world. And we love you, Heather, Chap, Normie and Amanda. Thank you so much for making this such a special and fun time for us and especially for Dad. You guys keep us young!!!
